Accessibility statement
Effective date: September 8, 2026
Balancrix Inc. ("Balancrix", "we", "us") is committed to making the balancrix.bond website and our services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Budget planning should be available to every household and small business that wants it, and that includes removing barriers to our website and to the way we deliver sessions.
Our commitment
We build and maintain the balancrix.bond website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines cover accessibility for people with blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and cognitive limitations. We also take into account Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act as they apply to websites.
Accessibility features of this website
The site is built with semantic HTML, descriptive page titles and a clear heading structure, so visitors using screen readers can navigate by headings and landmarks. All images carry descriptive alternative text. All form fields on the contact page have visible labels. The site is fully usable by keyboard, including the navigation tabs and all form controls, and can be zoomed to 200 percent without loss of content or function. Color is never the only way information is conveyed, and text contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA. The site remains readable without style sheets for visitors whose assistive technology requires it.
What we do to maintain accessibility
- Design standards. Our design uses accessible contrast, readable type sizes, visible focus states and labeled controls by default.
- Review process. We review the site for accessibility before significant changes are published, and we fix issues we find in priority order.
- Plain language. Beyond technical accessibility, we write in plain English — short sentences, everyday words, no jargon — because clarity is an accessibility feature too.
- Alternative formats. Policies and guides on this site are available in alternative formats on request.
Accessibility of our services
Our planning sessions are conversations, and we are glad to adapt them. Sessions by video call include a phone dial-in option for clients who prefer audio, and we can provide written summaries after every session — which we do as standard. If you need an interpreter, captioning, materials in large print, or any other accommodation for a session, tell us when you book and we will arrange it at no extra charge.
Known limitations
We are honest about gaps. Some older guide pages may not yet meet every WCAG criterion, and we are updating them as we go. The illustrative charts on the home page carry descriptive text and alternative text, but complex chart data is always also available in the accompanying text and in your written plan. If you find a barrier, please tell us — that is how we learn about what to fix first.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the website and our services. If you encounter a barrier, or if you would like any content in an alternative format, contact us by any of these routes:

- Phone: +1 (503) 555-0174

We acknowledge every accessibility request within three business days. Where a fix is needed, we will give you a status update within 15 business days. Accessibility feedback is treated seriously and reviewed by our team on a regular schedule.
Third-party content
The site may link to third-party websites that are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility. Where we can, we prefer to publish content on our own site in accessible form.
Review
This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever we make significant changes to the website or our services. Questions about it can be sent to [email protected].
