Important disclaimer

Effective date: September 8, 2026

Please read this page. It states plainly what Balancrix is, what it is not, and where the boundaries of our service lie. We publish it prominently because honesty about our role is the foundation of the trust our clients place in us.

What Balancrix is

Balancrix Inc. ("Balancrix", "we", "us") is an educational budget planning service. We help households, individuals and small businesses build written budgets: plans for expected income and planned spending. Our work is delivered through sessions with planners, written plan documents, worksheets and ongoing check-ins. Everything we do is in the category of education and organization — helping people see their own numbers clearly and decide, for themselves, what their plan should be.

What Balancrix is not

Balancrix is not a financial firm, and we take care never to imply that we are. Specifically, Balancrix:

Our planners are budget planners and coaches. They are not licensed investment advisers, tax preparers, attorneys or CPAs, and nothing in our materials should be read as if they were.

No financial advice

The content on balancrix.bond — including guides, articles, method descriptions, example plans and session summaries — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is not tailored to your individual circumstances until you have an actual planning session with us. Even then, a budget plan is a planning document based on information you provide; it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and it is not a promise of any financial result.

No guarantees of results

We make no promises about outcomes. Budgeting is a practice, and results depend on factors entirely outside our control: your income, your expenses, your habits and your decisions. We do not claim that any plan will save a particular amount of money, eliminate debt, improve credit scores, or produce any other specific result. Anyone who promises you a guaranteed financial outcome — especially one measured in percentages or dollars — should be asked to put it in writing, and we suggest you treat such promises with suspicion.

Examples and illustrations

Any examples, sample allocations or illustrative figures on this website are shown only to demonstrate how a plan is structured. They are not recommendations for your situation, and they are not based on any particular client's results.

When you need a licensed professional

Some questions require a licensed professional, and the right answer is to ask one. Tax questions belong with a tax preparer, enrolled agent or CPA. Legal questions belong with an attorney. Investment questions belong with a licensed investment professional. Bookkeeping and accounting belong with an accountant or bookkeeper. Debt settlement and credit repair are regulated activities with their own rules and providers. Our planners will tell you when your question belongs down the street, and we will never push you to keep a question with us that should go to someone licensed.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own financial decisions. A budget plan is a tool you use; it is not a guarantee, and it does not remove your judgment. Before making significant financial decisions, we encourage you to review the relevant information yourself and to consult the appropriate licensed professionals.
